Role Responsibilities

In this critical role, the Senior Product Manager will:

• Lead Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and manage the product features and establish the roadmap for the Good Food Web and App.

• Product Ownership: Take complete ownership of the product backlog, including creation and prioritization of issues and epics.

• Customer-Centric Development: Understand customer needs thoroughly, translating insights into effective product enhancements in collaboration with the Product Design team.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build robust relationships with business stakeholders to align on desired outcomes and assure smooth product development processes.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and insights to continuously inform and refine product strategies.

• Prototyping & MVPs: Supervise product testing initiatives and develop prototypes and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).

• Performance Monitoring: Track success and effectiveness of product features that are deployed, using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Share findings and collaborative solutions across various teams to enhance product offerings through teamwork.

• Mentorship: Provide guidance and management support to junior and mid-level team members as needed.

• Process Improvement: Collaborate with the product and development teams to improve processes and product offerings continuously.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing product management roles.

• Proven experience in owning and driving product strategy and delivery.
