Required Skills

3-5+ years of commercial experience in C#/.NET desktop development.
Strong expertise in WPF, particularly in using MVVM, data binding, and creating custom controls, alongside a solid understanding of the UI thread and asynchronous programming.
Proficiency in .NET memory management and performance profiling, with a solid track record of resolving issues such as memory leaks.
Practical experience with native C++ interop including C++/CLI, P/Invoke, or marshaling.

Familiarity with being part of an Agile team, contributing by formulating clear acceptance criteria and addressing potential edge cases.
