The ideal candidate should possess:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in document/content migration with several enterprise content management systems like Documentum, OpenText, Box, or SharePoint.
At least 7 years of experience in database migration with enterprise software systems such as SAP, Salesforce.com, PeopleSoft, and more.
Proven experience in technical consulting, specifically with customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of interaction with senior management and executives.
A history of leading and mentoring team members.
Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
The ability to travel up to 10% for work-related needs.
Additionally, candidates must be both physically located in and legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
While not required, some advantageous skills include:
Experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences domain, particularly with Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, or Safety business processes.
Project Management experience for enterprise software implementations.
Familiarity with GxP regulations and software validation processes.
