Key Responsibilities

In this role, the Senior Migration Consultant will:

• Mentor Veeva's Data Migration Specialists to cultivate excellence in migration activities and best practices across the team.
• Contribute to the Professional Services knowledge base by helping build a comprehensive migration program.
• Offer guidance and expertise in developing migration tools that assist with the ETL process.
• Assist teams in creating project scopes and estimates for the Vault R&D suite of products.

Required Skills

To qualify as a Senior Migration Consultant, candidates should possess the following expertise:

• 7+ years of experience in document/content migration within enterprise content management systems like Documentum, OpenText, Box, SharePoint, etc.
• 7+ years of experience with database migration involving enterprise software systems, such as SAP, Salesforce.com, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Trackwise, Argus, ArisGlobal, etc.
• 7+ years of experience engaged in customer-facing roles within technical consulting.
• A proven track record of engaging with senior management and executives, acting as the subject matter expert for migration solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring team members in technical settings.
• Familiarity with working with REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
• The ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Nice to Have Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences will be considered beneficial:

• Background in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
• Knowledge of Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, or Safety business processes.
