Providing subject matter expertise on Vault R&D migration implementations involving the migration of document content and object data from legacy systems to Vault.
Advising customers on the extract, transform, and load (ETL) process.
Mentoring Veeva Data Migration Specialists on migration activities and best practices.
Contributing to the Professional Services knowledge base to aid in building a comprehensive migration program.
Offering guidance on the development of migration tools for the ETL process.
Assisting in project scoping estimates for the Vault R&D product suite.
To be a strong candidate for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:
7+ years of experience with document/content migration involving enterprise content management systems such as Documentum, OpenText, Box, or SharePoint.
7+ years of experience with database migration, particularly with systems like SAP, Salesforce.com, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Trackwise, Argus, and ArisGlobal.
7+ years of customer-facing technical consulting experience, showcasing a proven record of engagement with senior management and executives as a subject matter expert.
Experience leading and mentoring team members.
Proficiency in working with REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Must be located in and legally authorized to be employed in the United States or Canada.
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are considered advantageous:
Experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
Familiarity with Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, or Safety business processes.
Project management experience related to enterprise software implementations.
Background in GxP and software validation regulations.
Familiarity with the migration verification process.
Regarding compensation, the base pay for this position ranges from $90,000 to $185,000 CAD. This range ensures compliance with local regulations and reflects the potential salary based on the candidate's experience and location. Salaries may vary depending on the applicant’s unique qualifications, contributions, and experiences. In addition to the base salary, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation forms, including variable bonuses and/or stock bonuses.
