Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in project scoping estimates for the Vault R&D product suite, ensuring project deliverables align with client expectations and company capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet specific qualifications, including:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in document/content migration with enterprise content management systems (such as Documentum, OpenText, Box, SharePoint, etc.).

  • 7+ years of database migration experience with enterprise software systems such as SAP, Salesforce.com, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Trackwise, Argus, and ArisGlobal.


  • Proven history of customer-facing technical consulting, including meetings with senior management and executives as a subject matter expert.

  • Experience in leading and mentoring other team members.

  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and XML.

  • Must be located in and legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada, with a willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries is preferable, as well as experience with Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, or Safety business processes.

  • Skills in Project Management for enterprise software implementations and knowledge of GxP and software validation regulations are advantageous.

  • Familiarity with the migration verification process is a plus.
