As a Senior Migration Consultant at Veeva, you'll be at the forefront of facilitating migrations for life sciences companies. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead customer migration implementations, delivering insights on data and document content migration.
• Advise on the Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, ensuring seamless transitions for clients.
• Mentor junior migration specialists within the Veeva team, fostering best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the internal knowledge database, ensuring the migration program remains robust and efficient.
• Support project scoping and provide expertise on migration tool development.

Your dynamism will drive customer success—both immediate and long-term—as you work closely with various internal teams like Product, Services, Sales, and Strategy.

Required Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, candidates must bring substantial experience and expertise:

• 7+ years of experience in document/content migration with enterprise content management systems such as Documentum, OpenText, Box, or SharePoint.
• 7+ years of experience with database migration for enterprise-level software systems, which might include SAP, Salesforce.com, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or others.
• Proven customer-facing technical consulting experience that includes regular interactions with senior management and executive teams.
• Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Candidates must be based in the U.S. or Canada and authorized for employment. A 10% travel requirement is anticipated for this role.
