Mentoring junior team members, particularly Veeva Data Migration Specialists on best practices related to migration activities.
Contributing to the Professional Services knowledge base to build a comprehensive migration program tailored for customer success.
Offering guidance on migration tool development aimed at streamlining the ETL process.
Assisting in project scoping estimates for the Vault R&D product suite.
To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
7+ years of experience in document/content migration with enterprise content management systems such as Documentum, OpenText, Box, and SharePoint.
7+ years of experience with database migration involving enterprise software systems like SAP, Salesforce.com, PeopleSoft, and Oracle.
7+ years of customer-facing technical consulting experience, demonstrating a proven ability to interact with senior management and executives effectively.
Experience in leading and mentoring other team members, helping them enhance their skills and knowledge.
Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and XML is essential for effective communication and data exchange.
All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada and must be located close to an airport to meet potential travel requirements (up to 10%).
In addition to the required skills, certain additional skills would be advantageous:
Experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, particularly understanding the intricacies of clinical, regulatory, quality, or safety business processes.

The salary range for the Senior Migration Consultant position is between $90,000 and $185,000 CAD.
