We are looking for a Senior Manager, Brand & Creative to elevate Carbon6’s brand identity. This role allows you to lead a dynamic, in-house team of designers, copywriters, video storytellers, and project managers to produce bold, impactful work that captures attention and drives results. You will take charge of various creative processes including campaign strategies, product launches, and engaging experiences, ensuring the creative vision is consistent across all platforms.

You will play a crucial role in driving creativity throughout the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and Inspiring a Creative Team: Manage and motivate a high-performing creative team. Your leadership will foster a culture of creativity and collaboration, helping individuals reach their potential while also overseeing relationships with freelancers and agencies to boost production output.
Creative Strategy & Brand Vision: Evolve the Carbon6 brand across all channels and points of engagement. You'll prioritize a cohesive visual and verbal identity that exemplifies our brand essence, driving innovation in storytelling and design.
End-to-End Creative Execution: Supervise the project lifecycle from concept to launch. Your oversight will ensure timely delivery of assets that align with the project brief and strategic goals. You will focus on producing standout creative showcases for campaigns, social media, and event visuals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams in Product Marketing, Web, SEO, and Operations to create integrated campaigns. Your input will help translate broad concepts into actionable outcomes that resonate with both creative and business objectives.
Creative Operations & Process Design: Design mechanisms for operational efficiency within the creative team. Implement systems for resource planning, review processes, and feedback loops to foster consistently high-quality outputs.
Ideal candidates will bring the following to the table:
Experience & Leadership: At least 7 years of experience in creative or brand-centric roles, with a minimum of 3 years leading teams in fast-paced marketing environments. Proven success in enhancing brand experiences and executing impactful campaigns is essential.
Creative Excellence & Storytelling: A portfolio that showcases your ability to tell compelling stories through various formats—digital, video, print, and experiential. A strong grasp of branding, visual communication, and editorial style is necessary for guiding exceptional content.
Strategic Thinking & Execution: Ability to combine brand strategy with creative implementation. Your experience should include establishing brand systems and managing creative operations effectively.
Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills and the capability to collaborate effectively with different teams. Comfort in presenting your vision and influencing stakeholders in a sometimes ambiguous, dynamic environment is critical.
Bonus Points: Familiarity with B2B SaaS, eCommerce, or marketplace ecosystems will be a significant advantage.
