Job Role

In the position of Senior Manager, Commercial Account Management, you will lead a team of Commercial Account Managers who will be responsible for managing fast-growing accounts standing between the SMB and Mid-Market segments. This role demands a deep understanding of account management strategies tailored to the needs of diverse clients. Key aspects of the role include:

  1. Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed revenue objectives through strategic management of the account management team.

  2. Pipeline Optimization: Establish and refine both inbound and outbound pipeline targets that align with overall revenue objectives.

  3. Sales Methodologies: Adhere to and drive the execution of Motive’s sales methodologies, ensuring effective use of CRM systems and regular training for the team.

  4. Cross-selling and Upselling: Guide the team in identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell within existing accounts, supporting them to achieve set quotas.

  5. Forecasting and Planning: Implement disciplined pipeline planning in collaboration with leadership to provide accurate forecasting statistics.

  6. Team Leadership: Coach and mentor team members through regular reviews and strategy sessions, ensuring consistent improvement in sales performance.

  7. Complex Deals: Participate in negotiations for high-value commercial deals as needed, enhancing both your knowledge and the team’s success.

Required Skills

To be considered for the Senior Manager position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
