• Investigate and propose improvements to the system, especially in how engineering work is executed, utilizing agentic workflows for enhanced outcomes.
• Ensure that the end-to-end implementation meets performance and security standards.

Required Skills

Must-have skills:

• Strong foundation in software engineering with prior experience in deploying production systems that are secure and reliable.
• Experience in designing or adopting automation workflows and enhancing them through iteration.
• Skills in defining specifications, structuring plans, and implementing verification loops for quality assurance.
• Proficiency in using Postgres (or equivalent) and understanding CI/CD tools like GitLab, Github, or Jenkins.
