Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Analyst in People Operations, your day-to-day tasks will involve:

  • Serving as the lead administrator and subject matter expert for HR systems including HRIS (Human Resources Information System), LMS (Learning Management System), ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and performance management systems. Your role will include ensuring data integrity and optimizing system functionalities for an improved user experience.

  • Researching and implementing scalable methodologies and systems that streamline HR processes such as onboarding, hiring, and benefits administration. This will involve finding innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency of these processes.

  • Analyzing data and running reports to provide clear compliance filings and meaningful information to leadership. This includes creating user-friendly formats that aid decision-making.

  • Offering top-notch customer service to internal stakeholders by addressing employee inquiries promptly and liaising effectively with external stakeholders.

  • Facilitating various employee engagement measures such as surveys, exit interviews, and managing feedback from employees to uphold satisfaction and engagement across the organization.

  • Providing guidance to employees and managers regarding HR policies, processes, and performance management. You will escalate issues as needed to ensure smooth process handling.

  • Contributing to achieving strategic objectives for People Operations through project management and execution, while constantly seeking efficiencies and automation solutions.

  • Maintaining compliance and confidentiality regarding employee data and records, regularly auditing for accuracy when necessary and updating departmental procedures accordingly.

Required Skills and Experience

To be a suitable candidate for this position at Evolvevacationrental, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related business field is strongly preferred.

  • Over 5 years of experience in human resources roles, especially in administration and management of HR systems such as HRIS, ATS, and LMS, with a preference for familiarity with Workday and similar HR software.

  • Previous experience in managing benefits and leave functionalities will be advantageous.

  • Proficiency in both written and verbal communication skills, which are vital for effectively interacting with various stakeholders, including internal employees and external contacts.



  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail, ensuring that tasks and projects meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Strong relationship-building capabilities to maintain effective working relationships with team members and cross-departmental employees.

  • A sound understanding of state-specific and federal employment laws to ensure compliance in all HR-related practices.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite for conducting daily tasks efficiently.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for the Senior Analyst, People Operations position is between $91,000 and $105,000 annually, depending on relevant experience.
