Position Role

In its search for a mid to senior-level Scrum Master or Technical Program Manager (TPM), Tech Holding is looking for an individual to enhance execution among distributed engineering teams. Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Scrum Master/Technical Program Manager are extensive and crucial for the success of the agile methodologies applied in the organization. Among the key responsibilities are:

  • Lead core agile ceremonies: Conduct daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.

  • Manage Jira boards: Ensure sprints are properly organized and reporting dashboards are maintained for visibility.
