Job Overview

Kami is looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead its Strategic Sales team. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Management

The Sales Manager will play a direct role in managing the Strategic Sales Representatives. Key tasks will include:

  • Providing strategic guidance necessary for executing targeted sales strategies aimed at key accounts and specific market segments.
  • Offering hands-on support and coaching during complex contract negotiations and presentations to C-level executives.

The Sales Manager shall:

Team Leadership and Development

Required Skills and Qualifications

Kami is seeking candidates who satisfy the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of sales experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role in strategic sales, specifically in SaaS, EdTech, or alongside K-12 decision makers.

  • A proven history of scaling high-velocity sales teams in a demanding environment characterized by high accountability.

  • Demonstrated competencies in driving predictable revenue growth and maintaining revenue forecast accuracy.

  • Strong coaching and team development abilities, placing importance on building a high-performance culture focused on skill development.

  • Expertise in pipeline generation and sales cycle management, as well as closing complex deals.

  • Superior collaboration skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders effectively.

  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft) is preferred.

  • The capability to travel occasionally to attend industry events may be required.
