Space Executive is seeking a Sales Engineer for their rapidly growing cybersecurity company. Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Sales Engineers will have several key responsibilities that are divided into various areas, which include:

Pre-Sales Support:
Interacting with the sales team to comprehend customer requirements and deliver customized solutions for identity and access security needs. This aspect involves conducting technical demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers, articulating the product's advantages effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.

Solution Design & Architecture:
Supporting customers in architecting the integration of IAM solutions within their current IT environments, providing hands-on assistance for Proof of Concepts (PoCs), pilot programs, and technical evaluations to validate the product’s effectiveness.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:
Fostering strong relationships with technical decision-makers, including IT teams and security professionals to guarantee alignment with customer goals and requirements. Another aspect is qualifying technical opportunities and overcoming potential obstacles to ensure successful sales outcomes.

Internal Collaboration & Feedback:
Working closely with the product management and development teams to relay customer feedback for product enhancement and staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure product differentiation.

Sales Enablement & Training:
Providing training and support for the sales force to ensure effective selling and positioning of the company's solutions. Developing necessary technical materials such as presentations, case studies, and whitepapers is also part of this role.

Required Skills

Certifications in IAM, cybersecurity, or cloud technologies like CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert can be advantageous. Familiarity with security frameworks and regulations such as GDPR, NIST, and ISO 27001 is a bonus.
