Job Title and Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing a Go-To-Market strategy specific to the Benelux and Nordics region.
  • Generating and owning a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry events, and strategic networking.
  • Engaging with SAP and strategic partners for co-selling opportunities.
  • Selling ArchLynk SAP solutions, including IBP, TM, EWM, and GTS, to both technical stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Leading customer meetings, creating winning proposals, and collaborating with Solution Directors, Pre-sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Representing ArchLynk at various industry events and forums.

Essential Skills & Attributes

To qualify for this Sales Director position, candidates should have:

  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-pound/euro sales targets.
  • Experience within the SAP ecosystem or related supply chain technologies.
  • Ability to independently generate a sales pipeline in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
  • A strategic mindset coupled with a robust entrepreneurial spirit.
