In this role, you will be responsible for:
Leading machine learning and generative AI initiatives from ideation to deployment.
Working on natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI tasks such as text generation, semantic similarity, and classification.
Collaborating closely with software engineers to integrate GenAI and traditional ML models into the platform, with a strong focus on security, efficiency, and performance at scale.
Utilizing modern MLOps practices and test-driven development (TDD) to ensure reliable, maintainable pipelines that allow for rapid iteration and deployment of models.
Partnering with product management and sustainability experts to translate business requirements into powerful AI-driven features, enhancing the product's capabilities and usability.
The ideal candidate for the Repair Engineer position should possess the following skills:
Proficiency in Machine Learning and Generative AI, with at least three years of hands-on experience in deploying NLP and generative models like BERT or Llama for text-based tasks.
Strong programming and model integration skills, particularly in Python (with TypeScript as a strong plus).
Familiarity with MLOps and CI/CD processes, ideally utilizing GitHub for automating model development and deployment.
Understanding of data security and performance optimization, particularly in cloud environments with a focus on ML and GenAI.
Expertise in GenAI and NLP, applying these technologies to enhance user experiences and effectively process sustainability data.
Collaborative spirit and a quality-driven mindset, engaging in pair programming and prioritizing high-quality work through peer code reviews.
