The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:
1-3 years of prior experience in coordination for full-cycle recruiting within fast-growing companies.
A proven track record of hiring at all levels across the United States.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
A driven, self-motivated individual who is organized and maintains a positive attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
