As a Recruiting Coordinator, your primary function is to assist in facilitating a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruiting process. This includes managing multiple aspects of recruitment, enhancing process efficiencies, and collaborating across various teams.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of a Recruiting Coordinator at Included Health include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process, guiding them each step of the way.
  • Scheduling interviews, including phone, video, and onsite meetings, and ensuring all required materials are prepared and sent (e.g., hiring exercises and case studies).
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for candidates, including booking accommodations and managing expense reports to ensure smooth travel logistics.
  • Collaborating closely with the hiring team, including Talent Acquisition (TA) specialists, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers, to maintain effective communication and workflow.
  • Utilizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to adhere to recruitment protocols and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Participating in projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, such as implementing new tools and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Managing various administrative tasks linked to recruitment, such as conducting background checks and coordinating candidate onboarding processes.
  • Supporting the organization of TA-related events and taking on ad-hoc projects as required to advance the recruitment goals of the company.
  • Ensuring consistency in recruiting practices, adhering to company policies, and aligning recruitment efforts with overall organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in an HR coordination role or a similar field, reflecting a solid foundation in the necessary skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently in a fluid work environment.
  • The ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving company landscape.
  • Experience scheduling interviews in Lever, highlighting familiarity with this particular ATS or similar systems.

  • Zone B: $22.79/hour - $29.63/hour
  • Zone C: $24.86/hour - $32.32/hour
  • Zone D: $26.93/hour - $35.01/hour.
