We are seeking a passionate Recruiting Coordinator in Mexico to enhance our global Recruiting Operations team. This role involves managing various facets of the interview process effectively.

The responsibilities of this role include managing an efficient coordination process for both candidates and hiring managers to streamline the recruiting process, scheduling interviews using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and compiling interview packets. Further duties involve arranging logistics for pre-screening and face-to-face interviews, supporting recruiters in tracking candidates, administering employee referral systems, and engaging in projects that support Recruiting Operations and Programs teams globally.
The minimum requirements for this role include at least six months of scheduling and calendar management experience, previous experience as an HR or Recruiting Coordinator, and experience in a startup or fast-paced environment. English fluency is necessary for communication with team members and candidates. Ideal candidates may also have experience with ATS platforms like Greenhouse, and possess outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
