Building Talent Pipelines: Foster diverse talent pipelines for various positions and keep track of short and long-term prospects.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to refine best practices and improve processes as the company scales up.
Maintain High Communication Standards: Efficiently manage stages in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure a positive experience for all candidates.
Mentorship and Leadership: As the company grows, provide mentorship to new recruiting staff and take on a leadership role within the talent acquisition team.
