About the Role

Required Skills

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, particularly in healthcare or clinical recruitment.
• Proven experience recruiting master's level therapists is strongly preferred.
• Ability to quickly establish authentic and trusting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in use of applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, specifically Greenhouse and Gem.
