Job Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the Project Manager include:

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should ideally possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A Degree/HND in Civils, Building, or Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) related fields is preferable.
  • Chartered qualifications from organizations such as CIOB, ICE, IET, or CIBSE are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in operating within recognized Project Management delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing construction and manufacturing-related projects.
  • Familiarity with managing NEC and/or FIDIC contracts.
  • Strong management skills across various domains including financial, risk, change, engineering, and scheduling.
  • An understanding and appreciation for safety, environmental, and quality requirements in a highly regulated environment.
