Lead student mentorship recruitment for various projects and ensure all technical configurations and testing are completed.
Collaborate with the Projects team to prepare venues and facilitation needs for program launches.
Engage with the technical team for bug reporting and continuous improvements in tech tools used for program delivery.
Report weekly program updates and flag any issues promptly to the Programs team.
Work alongside various departments (Programs, Design, Customer Success, and Tech) to enhance program experiences and processes.
Engage in additional projects related to Customer Success and/or Learning Design, contributing as a sys-admin user.
Oversight of special projects that enhance program outreach, including creating promotional content for social media.
Required Skills

Salary and Benefits
