A particular emphasis is placed on candidates who reside in or near the Eastern Time zone to align with the demands of this position. ## Responsibilities In your role, you will be required to: - Design innovative product features aimed at assisting customers in planning and managing their product changes globally. - Author high-quality design specifications utilizing an agile methodology to ensure adaptability and efficiency. - Prioritize the development of features based on a combination of strategic initiatives, customer requirements, and internal technical needs. - Engage regularly with customers, professional services, strategic teams, and sales units to fully understand the business landscape and needs. - Collaborate with engineering and Quality Assurance (QA) units to ensure a high-quality implementation of product features. - Act as a product evangelist, representing the product within internal and external customer discussions to become a recognized subject matter expert. ## Required Skills Suitable candidates will need the following qualifications and skills: - A minimum of 3 years in a product management role, particularly with enterprise software products. - Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, requiring minimal supervision. - Strong communication skills that encompass written, verbal, and formal presentation capabilities. - Technical proficiency that enables the translation of business requirements into developers’ terminology. - A solid understanding of relational databases and web technologies. ## Nice to Have Other beneficial skills and experiences include: - Experience in designing user-friendly interfaces for non-technical individuals to handle complex business processes. - Familiarity with building SaaS products and utilizing application development platforms. - Previous engagements in regulatory information management for BioPharma or MedTech. - Experience with regulated software such as regulatory, fintech, etc., and remote customer interaction across geographic boundaries. ## Salary and Benefits The position offers a base pay range of CAD $75,000 - $165,000, compliant with local regulations. This range is designed to reflect the various experience levels and unique qualifications of individuals applying for the role.
