Deep Customer Discovery: Engaging directly with customers through user interviews and shadowing finance teams will be crucial for understanding the challenges faced by users, such as AP clerks, Controllers, and CFOs.
Cross-Functional Leadership: The selected candidate will lead cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing, ensuring all squads work towards a unified goal during sprints while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
Data Analytics: The Manager is expected to directly access product analytics and usage data, proactively identifying insights rather than waiting for reports.
Go-to-Market Enablement: Collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success teams, engaging in the GTM motion, developing enablement materials, leading beta programs, and articulating the product's value propositions for each release.
Candidates must meet specific qualifications, including but not limited to:
A minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience focusing on B2B SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Deep knowledge and experience in managing complex, impactful products from initial concept to final product launch.
A strong grasp of finance operations, particularly Accounts Payable, financial controls, and reporting functions.
Familiarity with ERP systems—especially NetSuite—and comprehension of financial data workflows and integrations.
Comfort operating independently as a senior contributor, successfully managing roadmaps and deliverables.
Experience or strong interest in implementing innovations in areas such as AI, Machine Learning, and automation to solve tangible business challenges.
