Ideal Candidate Profile

The right individual for this role will have the following qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using Workday for navigating, updating, and reporting relevant HR information.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and best practices that govern employee management.
  • Excellent organizational skills accompanied by a keen eye for detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with employees at all levels within the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with other HR tools.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Salary and Benefits
