Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be tasked with several important responsibilities:

  • Administer key people processes: You will be responsible for verifying I-9s, managing employment documents, and assisting with immigration support.

  • Maintain people systems: It’s essential to keep systems and tools updated, including BambooHR, ensuring that employee records, policies, and workflows are accurate.

  • Onboarding and offboarding: You will execute crucial people processes such as onboarding and offboarding of employees, training activities, and other key administrative tasks.

  • Build internal knowledge base: Help to document and organize internal processes, employee resources, and other relevant materials.

  • First point of contact: You will be the initial resource for employee inquiries, providing timely and precise information on policies, benefits, and operational processes, and escalating complex issues when necessary.

  • Foster team culture: Execute initiatives aimed at promoting team culture, coordinating team activities, and planning team events and offsites.

  • HR reporting and audits: Assist with maintaining accurate records and provide data for HR reporting and audits as needed.
