This role will redefine how jewelry is cross-sold through strategic communications to make it seamless and profitable for every retailer.

Responsibilities

  • Build the cross-sell engine: Design strategies that guide retailers from selling loose stones to complete jewelry, including the creation of bundles, companion sets, and decision-making tools that support natural and profitable category expansion.

  • Partner with sales enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary tools and resources (such as battlecards and scripts) that help deal with client objections and enhance category adoption.

  • Lead category launches: Own comprehensive launch plans for new jewelry categories while coordinating with pricing, assortment, and positioning efforts alongside the Category Management team.

  • Drive ARPU growth: Develop programs and educational content that assists retailers in expanding their assortment and spending, while working with sales on identifying the next categories each retailer should adopt.

  • Use a data-driven approach: Conduct structured experiments, analyze results, and iterate rapidly based on insights to optimize category adoption.

  • Clarify Nivoda's automated workflows: Translate advanced features into simple guidelines that retailers can seamlessly follow to leverage Nivoda's capabilities more effectively.

  • A data-driven mentality with expertise in designing experiments and modifying strategies based on analytical feedback.

  • Experience in creating concise positioning and sales enablement materials.

  • Confidence working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Category teams.

  • Strong written communication skills and structured thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, experience in the marketplace or jewelry sectors can enhance a candidate’s appeal. What is most essential is clarity, ownership, and sound commercial judgment.

Expected Outcomes of the Role

Success in this position will be measured by:

  • Growth in new customer purchases across all jewelry categories.

  • An increase in cross-sell rates across the various jewelry types.

  • Uplift in Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) and additional categories adopted by retailers.

  • Higher share of wallet in established retailers thanks to effective category adoption campaigns.

  • Increased transaction volumes across all jewelry types, along with improved retention for retailers handling multiple categories versus single categories.
