As a Senior Full-Stack / DevOps Engineer, you’ll spend your time working on:
Open Source Core & Workbench: Improving the Node/TypeScript engine, enhancing the UI for better visualization, and integrating Python or Ruby languages into the system.
MotiaHub, DevOps & Production: Involves focusing on backend web application features for hosting and deployment, improving CI/CD pipelines, and driving orchestration using AWS or Kubernetes.
A typical week in this role could involve:
Implementing a new cross-runtime “Step” runner in the Open Source Framework to enable seamless integration of AI logic.
Enhancing the Workbench with better flow visualizations, logging insights, and user interface improvements.
Designing secure zero-downtime deployment flows for enterprise clients in the Hub.
Tuning automated QA checks and performance instrumentation to ensure smooth operations during container updates.
To qualify for this role, candidates should have:
A minimum of 5 years in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack development and DevOps practices.
Proven experience managing Linux infrastructures and in Linux/Unix administration.
Demonstrated leadership experience in software engineering teams with project management skills.
The successful candidate will have:
Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
Strong front-end development skills with React and Vite.
