3. Utilizing various software and tools, such as ArcGIS, StreamStats, and DEM data for watershed delineation.

4. Performing extreme value analysis on stream and rainfall gauges.

5. Building hydrology and hydraulics models using HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS.

6. Conducting dam failure analysis and estimating IDF curves.

7. Designing drainage systems, storm drains, open channels, and stormwater ponds.

8. Developing site layouts, grading plans, and drainage designs, as well as designing roads and trackwork for optimal functionality.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from an ABET-accredited program and possess between 3 to 5 years of applicable experience. Qualified applicants will showcase:

• Strong coursework in hydrology and hydraulics.
• Proficient experience in preparing reports and analyzing raw data from rainfall gauges and stream stations.
• Mastery of design tools including HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, QGIS, Civil3D, and AutoCAD.
