Providing individualized virtual counseling and therapeutic intervention to an assigned caseload of K-12 students.

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and school personnel to ensure seamless transitions into Hazel services.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:
Active License: Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in North Carolina, with the ability to maintain licensure in the state of residency. Additional licenses in states such as CA, FL, TX, and others are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a school-based setting or with school-aged children.
Technical Skills: Strong technological skills are required, as you will need to learn and utilize various digital platforms for documentation and patient management.
Communication: Effective communication skills to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds is essential. Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish or other languages, are encouraged.
