Campaign Planning and Execution: You will plan and execute digital campaigns across various channels, including websites, email, SMS, SEO, social media, paid media, and the CrossFit app. Collaborating with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
Content Strategy and Creation: Developing content strategies for digital channels (especially email and the app) and ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals are crucial aspects of this position. Collaboration with content creators to produce engaging digital content is also necessary.
Website Operations & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): You will work closely with the Director of Growth Marketing to optimize website content and structure for search engines. Utilizing a content management system (CMS) to execute regular updates and insights into the customer journey will aid in informing site updates to enhance conversions and improve the customer experience.
Paid Media: Collaborating with the Director of Growth Marketing to optimize paid marketing campaigns for maximizing return on investment (ROI) will be part of your responsibilities as well.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: You will engage with various internal teams, including sales, product development, social media, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess:
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in email marketing, preferably within the health and fitness industry, is required to qualify for this role.
