  • Overseeing the administration tasks related to employer and employee benefits, including Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and more.

  • Preparing payroll-related journal entries and performing reconciliations between payroll outputs and General Ledger (GL) postings.

  • Supporting the execution of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls and preparing for internal and external audits.

  • Collaborating with numerous departments such as People Operations, Total Compensation, Finance, and Accounting to develop improved payroll processes.

Required Skills
