Developing a comprehensive repository of self-help content. This includes how-to guides, FAQs, troubleshooting manuals, and video documentation to support users effectively.

Utilizing metrics and measurement techniques to drive focused experimentation and ongoing iterative improvements within the knowledge base.

To excel in this role, candidates need to possess the following skills:
A minimum of 2 years experience in technical writing or similar content creation fields.

Knowledge of content strategy, encompassing all phases such as planning, writing, delivery, and governance.
