Team Structure

Reporting directly to Sabina Eibel, the Territory Sales Manager for Germany South, you will collaborate closely with various teams including End Customer Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Training, and Distribution. This teamwork is pivotal for achieving ambitious sales goals.

Responsibilities

As the Key Account Manager, your primary task will be to drive sales within a selected portfolio of strategic and developing accounts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing business plans tailored for your accounts.
  • Setting annual targets and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Acting as the main liaison between your accounts and Axis Communications.
  • Inspiring partners and actively participating in trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborating with fellow sales members, ensuring alignment across the partner network.
  • Creating clear business plans for your assigned accounts and continuously tracking performance.
  • Maintaining relationships with partners to strengthen Axis's presence in the territory.
  • Visiting partners and end customers to cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Working closely with system integrators to build and convert project pipelines.
  • Traveling within the region and to Axis HQ in Sweden.

Candidate Profile

Axis Communications is looking for candidates who exhibit:

  • A proven track record in sales, preferably within IT or the security sector.
  • A strong technical interest and experience in solution selling, ideally in the security industry.
  • Skills in account management and account development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience suitable for this senior role.
  • Experience with an indirect sales model in a security-related role is seen as advantageous.
