The position of Junior Recruiting Analyst at Mindtech offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about recruitment and the tech industry. As a pivotal member of the recruiting team, you'll be on the frontlines of sourcing and attracting top-notch Latin American tech talent. This role requires an organized and proactive individual, eager to thrive in the dynamic field of tech recruitment. Your mission will involve the end-to-end processes of sourcing, screening, and assisting in the hiring of the best candidates, ensuring that from initial contact to onboarding, the experience is seamless.

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Recruiting Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in sourcing and identifying potential candidates for a variety of technical roles across Latin America. You'll be instrumental in building a pipeline of top-tier talent.
  • Conducting initial resume screenings and coordinating interviews in collaboration with the recruiting team, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication.
  • Maintaining an organized candidate tracking system, updating recruitment metrics, and ensuring that all data is accurate and readily available for decision-making.
  • Collaborating with the recruiting team to identify innovative sourcing strategies that enhance our ability to find the best talent.
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives by engaging with candidates through social media and various online platforms, helping promote Mindtech as a top employer.
  • Conducting reference checks and providing support with candidate communications throughout the hiring process, ensuring candidates feel valued and informed.
  • Gathering and analyzing data to help improve the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:



  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the tech industry, which will enhance your ability to select top talent.
  • Familiarity with ATS software and LinkedIn is advantageous and will streamline your sourcing efforts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, allowing you to effectively communicate with candidates and clients.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, coupled with an eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
