To qualify for this role, candidates should possess either 1-2 years of commercial experience with SQL or a university degree in Computer Science or a related field, alongside basic programming skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Software Suite. Language requirements include Polish at C1 level and English at B2 level. The job offers flexibility with 100% remote work, hybrid, or on-site options.

You will be responsible for executing the implementation project through all its stages. Effectively translating complex customer requirements into actionable system solutions and creating detailed specifications is part of the job. Additionally, you will collaborate and coordinate with various resources from both within the company and with the customer to maximize productivity. A profound understanding of how the company's products work and interact with each other is crucial. Acting as a problem-solving expert is also expected in this role, which involves identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective solutions. Creating ongoing support documentation is another key responsibility.
The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in SQL, particularly in queries, data selection, joins, complex queries, and data definition. Familiarity with database design, administration, and data modeling is important. A basic understanding of core programming concepts and experience with various data formats like CSV, JSON, XML, Tlog, and Parquet is beneficial. On the soft skills front, the candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. Communication with both technical and non-technical customers on a range of issues is often required.
