About the Role

In the Instructional Designer position, you will:

  • Establish a deep understanding of the Swoogo platform to accurately describe its key features and the primary use cases that benefit customers.

  • Develop engaging and comprehensive on-demand learning programs tailored to the needs of your audience.

  • Collaborate with various departments, including the Director of Product Enablement, Product Marketing, and Customer Experience, to create dynamic training materials and assessments.

  • Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) and other educational software to devise strategies that guide customers through their journey, from onboarding to renewal.

  • Design the curriculum to fit within a larger educational ecosystem, ensuring content is cross-linked and easily discoverable.

  • Produce scalable training materials that can be maintained and updated over time.

  • Adapt existing training programs based on customer feedback to meet their unique needs.

  • Take ownership of post-training metrics to evaluate success and incorporate feedback into future iterations.
