In the Instructional Designer position, you will:
Establish a deep understanding of the Swoogo platform to accurately describe its key features and the primary use cases that benefit customers.
Develop engaging and comprehensive on-demand learning programs tailored to the needs of your audience.
Collaborate with various departments, including the Director of Product Enablement, Product Marketing, and Customer Experience, to create dynamic training materials and assessments.
Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) and other educational software to devise strategies that guide customers through their journey, from onboarding to renewal.
Design the curriculum to fit within a larger educational ecosystem, ensuring content is cross-linked and easily discoverable.
Produce scalable training materials that can be maintained and updated over time.
Adapt existing training programs based on customer feedback to meet their unique needs.
Take ownership of post-training metrics to evaluate success and incorporate feedback into future iterations.
