Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for consulting with and enrolling qualified clients into various debt relief programs. The role includes:

  • Documenting client discussions clearly and professionally using Salesforce customer relationship management software.
  • Completing IAPDA certification within the first year, which is company-sponsored.
  • Meeting performance criteria set forth by management, subject to change.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures while accurately recalling and documenting call information.
  • Navigating multiple computer systems efficiently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • De-escalating stressful situations and providing empathetic support, while being receptive to constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, or a college associate's degree equivalent.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous remote work experience is highly preferred.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • A career-minded focus on long-term advancement within the organization.
  • Proven ability to remain effective in a fast-paced work environment.

This role requires strong computer competency and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional communication skills. Punctuality and reliability are expected.

Salary and Compensation

National Debt Relief offers a competitive salary structure. The salary for this position begins at $31,200 annually, and you will also be eligible for uncapped commissions and bonuses. This could bring total average compensation in your first year to about $85,000 annually. The top 20% of sales representatives have the potential to earn up to $130K. Compensation is determined based on work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Work Environment and Schedule

This is a remote position, but applicants must reside in the United States. The expected start date for new hires is June 5, 2026. Work schedules will be variable, depending on business and operational needs, which may require evenings, weekends, and non-consecutive days off. Typically, the role supports 8-hour shifts within the company's operational hours.
