  4. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate effectively with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Engineering teams to align priorities and resolve any blockers faced during onboarding.
  5. Training Sessions: Lead tailored training sessions for diverse customer stakeholders to drive product adoption and ensure customers realize early value from the product.
  6. Track Progress: Monitor onboarding activities against milestones and KPIs, addressing any risks promptly.
  7. Knowledge Building: Develop a comprehensive understanding of permitting workflows and customer-specific cases.
  8. Documentation: Maintain and refine the company's onboarding playbooks and processes for better scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be eligible for the Implementation Specialist position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in roles focused on customer implementation, onboarding, or customer success, particularly within a B2B SaaS environment.
