  • Witnessing FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing)/SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) and offering other support to clients.

Collaboration and Integration

This role necessitates seamless collaboration with multiple project disciplines including:

  • Cable engineering
  • Environmental/permitting
  • Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
  • Geotechnical & geophysics
  • Civil engineering

The HVDC Engineer will also contribute to Jacobs' global and North American HVDC business development, preparing bids, and seeking to capture new HVDC pipeline opportunities.
