Job Position

The position available is for an HR Business Partner EMEA. This role is pivotal as it involves driving HR initiatives and empowering business leaders to optimize team performance across the EMEA region, which consists of around 600 employees. Responsibilities

The HR Business Partner will undertake a variety of essential responsibilities which include:

HR Partnering: Collaborating with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with overall business objectives and growth targets.

Change & Transformation Management: Supporting organizational changes and cultural initiatives to drive innovations. This also involves providing coaching to leaders on how to effectively lead their teams through transitions.

Talent Management: Enabling managers to identify and nurture high-potential employees, addressing skill gaps, and managing employee performance effectively. Moreover, driving career development initiatives to retain talented staff and enhance overall employee engagement is key.

Culture & Employee Relations: Advising leadership on issues related to employee relations and conflict resolution while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as the primary HR contact for managers in the region and ensuring seamless collaboration with HR Operations and Centers of Excellence.

HR Projects & Initiatives: Participation in leadership development programs and enhancements in organizational design to support team performance.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess the following:

A university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field with strong analytical and strategic skills.

At least 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner within an international, high-growth environment. Experience in digital businesses or management consulting is preferred.

Strong expertise in German labor law is essential; additional international legal experience would be advantageous.

A proactive ownership mindset, results-oriented approach, and adeptness at managing multiple priorities is crucial.

Proven experience advising managers on HR topics as well as driving successful change initiatives is required.

Fluency in German (native level) and English is mandatory, as the role requires effective communication in both languages.
