Job Role: HR Analyst

Key Responsibilities

In the role of an HR Analyst, the candidate will be responsible for several key duties, including:

  • Processing bi-weekly and monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Monitoring and reporting on employee attendance, leave balances, and adherence to schedules.

  • Generating various HR reports weekly and monthly, focusing on headcount, attrition, and onboarding metrics.

  • Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure compliance and create smooth transitions for new hires and those exiting the company.

  • Preparing necessary documentation such as employment contracts and HR-related letters.

  • Maintaining and updating employee records within their HRIS and document management systems.

  • Ensuring consistency in data and supporting audits alongside compliance activities.

  • Collaborating with different teams to enhance HR processes and tools.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate for the HR Analyst position at Panoptyc should possess the following skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in roles such as HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, or People Operations.
