Research & Influence Product Direction: Your role requires conducting market research and competitive analysis to guide the product roadmap. You'll gather feedback and insights from partners to make informed strategic recommendations.
Lead Partner Engagement: Serve as the key technical contact for partners, maintaining executive relationships and facilitating discovery sessions to understand their needs. You will be responsible for presenting product strategies to partner executives and managing escalations.
Cross-Functional Execution: You will collaborate across various teams, including Engineering, Product, and Business Development, ensuring that partner solutions are effectively delivered from conception through to execution.
Scale the Function: Your goal will also include building scalable processes and improving operational efficiency within the partnerships function. You’ll identify opportunities to implement AI and automation to enhance productivity.
