Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and managing scope changes regarding operations, design, and program parameters.

• Interpreting and coordinating temporary works requirements and providing value engineering solutions.

• Representing Ganymede at external meetings with clients and stakeholders while fostering strong relationships.

• Administering cost forecasting, valuation, and reporting systems efficiently.

• Ensuring all teams and supply chains are aligned with the latest design information and project requirements.

• Conducting material take-offs and ensuring materials are ordered and reconciled in a timely manner.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

• Proven experience in managing multiple or large work packages.

• Strong knowledge of CDM 15 and NEC contracts.

• Exceptional organizational skills, along with problem-solving, leadership, and delegation abilities.
