Overseeing sections of works by supervising and monitoring site teams and supply chains.
Preparing sequencing drawings and leading daily LEAN meetings to ensure program efficiency.
Planning, controlling, and monitoring project progress to align with client objectives.
Managing multiple work packages while closely collaborating with the commercial team to monitor costs and profitability.
Identifying and managing scope changes regarding operations, design, and program parameters.
Interpreting and coordinating temporary works requirements and providing value engineering solutions.
Representing Ganymede at external meetings with clients and stakeholders while fostering strong relationships.
Administering cost forecasting, valuation, and reporting systems efficiently.
Ensuring all teams and supply chains are aligned with the latest design information and project requirements.
Conducting material take-offs and ensuring materials are ordered and reconciled in a timely manner.
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
Proven experience in managing multiple or large work packages.
Strong knowledge of CDM 15 and NEC contracts.
Exceptional organizational skills, along with problem-solving, leadership, and delegation abilities.
Experience in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Background in structures, preferably with prior experience in highways projects.
A strong commitment to health and safety, ensuring alignment with company policies.
