Job Description

Position Title: Senior AI Consultant/GenAI Product Owner

As a Senior AI Consultant and GenAI Product Owner at Hiflylabs, you will play a crucial role in leading AI-driven transformations within the financial services sector. You will act as a thought leader, shaping enterprise-wide Data & AI strategies with a particular focus on Generative AI (GenAI). Your responsibilities will encompass a range of strategic activities aimed at bridging the gap between AI and business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AI-driven transformation: Utilize your expertise to establish comprehensive Data & AI strategies.

• Bridge AI and Business: Define solutions that integrate technological advancements with customer demands and corporate goals.

• Guide C-Level Stakeholders: Develop strong relationships with senior executives in the banking industry, directing them in AI adoption, regulatory matters, and the implementation of impactful solutions.

• Own the AI Product Vision: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business leaders, to manage the end-to-end development of GenAI solutions.

• Define Roadmaps & Execution Strategies: Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring solutions contribute measurable benefits.

• Deliver AI & Data Solutions: Engage in actions concerning data visualization, model building, and AI application rollouts to guarantee integration into existing systems.

• Enhance Hiflylabs' AI Offerings: Lead research and strategy for developing new GenAI solutions in financial services, contributing to go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must fulfill the following requirements:

• Experience: 4-5 years in AI-driven product management, consulting, or the banking industry.

  

• Expertise: Strong foundation in AI & data analytics, particularly in deploying Generative AI solutions.

• Skills: You must exhibit strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making capabilities.

• Engagement Experience: Proven success in interfacing with C-level executives and other senior stakeholders.

• Opportunity Translation: Ability to transform business challenges into AI solutions beneficial for the organization.

• Communication: Advanced storytelling and presentation skills tailored for AI solutions in a corporate environment.

• Language Proficiency: Command over the English language, both in written and spoken formats.
