Hands-On Recruiting Leadership
The Head of Recruiting will act as the primary strategist and executor of all recruiting activities across various departments and levels.
Responsibilities include managing the full-cycle recruiting process from role intake through offer negotiation and onboarding.
This position requires proactive engagement in sourcing and nurturing top talent to build a robust candidate pipeline.

The Head of Recruiting will manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (Ashby) and maintain reporting and metrics to assess recruiting success.
Key deliverables include creating job descriptions, interview plans, and materials that aid in hiring success.
