## Role Description As a Senior Product Designer, you will be deeply involved in the complete design process—from initial problem framing and discovery to delivery and iteration. Working closely within a product triad that includes a Product Manager and Engineering Lead, you will play a crucial role in defining the team’s roadmap and priorities while also making decisions that align with the company’s longer-term vision.

The essential responsibilities include:

• End-to-End Design Ownership: You will take responsibility for entire product areas, engaging from problem discovery to building and measuring solutions.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Engaging with actual customer problems is key. You will need a deep understanding of user workflows, decision-making environments, and operational constraints.

• AI-Enabled Interfaces: The products designed will increasingly involve AI-powered features, allowing for conversational interfaces and proactive user experiences.

• Portfolio of Work: Demonstrated ownership through real-life projects showing measurable impacts and problem framing.
• Communication Skills: Clarity in verbal and written communication is essential for presenting design rationale to different stakeholders.

• Proficiency with Modern Design Tools: Fluency with tools like Figma for prototyping and documenting work is critical.

  Preferred Qualifications
