The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Strong Product Judgment: A strong history of delivering high-quality design solutions, typically with 5-8 years of experience in designing web-based SaaS, B2B, or enterprise products.
Proficiency with Modern Design Tools: Fluency with tools like Figma for prototyping and documenting work is critical.
