This includes designing automated email/SMS campaigns that nurture leads at each point in their journey. The manager will collaborate with the content team to create relevant, high-value content that resonates with leads at different funnel stages, aiming to improve lead conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.

4. Continuous Improvement & Testing:
Conducting A/B and multivariate testing to refine messaging and creative elements across campaigns is fundamental to the manager’s role. This continuous improvement process helps to optimize lead conversion.

5. Marketing Automation & Tools Management:
The use of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo to execute and optimize campaigns is required. Effective management of tools ensures smooth workflows and integrations across platforms.

7. Funnel Analytics & Reporting:
